Scarborough Group International Chairman and Founder, Kevin McCabe was awarded the prestigious Irvine Sellar Award at the 26th annual Property Awards last week.
Held at the InterContinental London at the O2 on Friday 12 November 2021, the Property Week event is the UK’s leading annual awards dedicated to the full spectrum of the commercial property industry.
In honour of the late, great property developer, the Irvine Sellar Award celebrates an entrepreneurial individual or company that has shaken up the market in the past year with a ground-breaking project or initiative.
The judges highlighted Kevin as “a true visionary and extraordinary character, highly respected within the real estate industry, constantly creating deals and generating high revenues.”
In addition to Kevin’s award win, Scarborough Group was also shortlisted in the Developer of the Year and Placemaking categories.
Reflecting on his award win, Kevin said:
