We, along with hundreds of other organisations from across the property industry, are participating in Steptober to help LandAid in its fight to end youth homelessness.
Between the 1st and 15th October, our Chief Executive, Simon McCabe, Head of Commercial, Adam Varley, Project Director, Jon Anderson and Head of Marketing & PR, Nicola Bulley will aim to log as many steps as possible to raise funds for the property industry charity.
Last year, the challenge saw 848 participants take more than 16 million steps over a two-week period, raising over £105,000.
Jon Anderson, Project Director at Scarborough Group and LandAid Board Member, commented:
“I’ve been a LandAid Board Member for several years now and have seen first-hand some of the life-changing work the charity does in supporting for young people facing homelessness.
“As well as raising vital funds for this incredibly worthy cause, Steptober is also a great way to encourage wellbeing in the workplace, which is particularly pertinent given that quite a lot of people are still working remotely.”
