We’re passionate about restoring the resilience and prosperity of the North Of England.

As a family business with our roots firmly entrenched in the North of England, we have always held a strong desire to see the UK’s former Industrial Heartlands transformed back into the vibrant communities that they once were.

In 2010 our Chairman, Kevin arranged the twinning of Sheffield with Chengdu, the second largest city in the Sichuan Province of China. A move which five years later would prove fruitful when then Chancellor, George Osborne announced his commitment to the Northern Powerhouse.

Recognising the increasing political momentum around city-led growth, it was at this point that we decided to concentrate our primary efforts on developing within the core cities across the North of England.

Now with over 5m sq ft of projects currently under development across the Northern towns and cities of Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Scarborough, and further projects underway in Scotland, Wales and the Midlands, we are one of the most active developers across the Northern Powerhouse.
