Thorpe Park Leeds wins Commercial Development of the Year

The 2022 Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards, held at New Dock Hall, Leeds on Thursday 22 September, celebrated the standout developments and property deals of the last 12 months, as well as the individuals that made them a reality.

Having been involved in the Leeds property market for many years, it is a key event in our social calendar and this year it was made all the more special because our flagship project, Thorpe Park Leeds was crowned Commercial Development of the Year.

The coveted award, which is judged by an expert panel of property professionals, saw Thorpe Park Leeds praised for its “continued focus on sustainability improvements and consideration of green space and wellbeing”.

Over the past 22 years, Thorpe Park Leeds has evolved to become a thriving mixed-use community, with 1.35 million sq ft of built space now home to over 100 businesses, and more than 5,000 people benefitting from expansive green spaces, wellbeing facilities, and excellent new transport infrastructure.
